Assa'ada International Research Journal (AIRJ) is an online, quarterly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Jamia Sa-adiya Arabiya, Kasaragod, Kerala, a religious, educational and charitable institution with 45+ years of legacy across 30+ affiliated institutions. AIRJ provides a platform for researchers, scholars, academicians and students to share original research and scholarly writing across multi-disciplinary fields, promoting interdisciplinary study and open academic exchange.

AIRJ invites original, unpublished manuscripts from academicians, researchers, professionals and students in the following categories:
I. Research Articles
3,000 – 8,000 words
Original research presenting new findings, data, or theoretical contributions in the author's field.
II. Review Articles
4,000 – 10,000 words
Critical surveys of existing literature, identifying gaps and offering new perspectives on a subject.
III. Short Communications
1,500 – 3,000 words
Concise pieces reporting preliminary results, focused arguments or timely observations on a specific issue.
IV. Book Reviews
800 – 2,000 words
Critical evaluations of recently published academic books within the journal's scope.
Frequently Asked Questions
Researchers, academicians, professionals, practitioners and students from any discipline can submit original, unpublished manuscripts to Assa'ada International Research Journal (AIRJ). Submissions from across the sciences, humanities, social sciences, Islamic studies, education and allied fields are welcome.
AIRJ accepts the following categories of original, unpublished manuscripts:
• Research Articles (3,000 – 8,000 words)
• Review Articles (4,000 – 10,000 words)
• Short Communications (1,500 – 3,000 words)
• Book Reviews (800 – 2,000 words)
• The first page should contain the paper title, author name(s), institutional affiliation and abstract (150–250 words) followed by 3–6 keywords.
• The main body should begin on a new page and follow a clear structure appropriate to the discipline.
• Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc / .docx). Body text: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes: Times New Roman, size 10, single spacing.
• References must follow a consistent, recognised citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago or discipline-standard).

Authors retain the full copyright of their published work. AIRJ publishes under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows readers to freely read, download, share, adapt and reuse articles, including commercially, provided proper credit is given to the original author.

Every submission to AIRJ is screened for plagiarism using Turnitin. The accepted similarity limit is up to 10% (excluding references and quoted text), in line with UGC guidelines.
Minor plagiarism (within limit, unintentional): the author is asked to revise and add proper citations before acceptance.
Moderate plagiarism: the manuscript is rejected and the author is barred from submitting to AIRJ for one year.
Severe plagiarism: the manuscript is rejected and the author is barred from submitting to AIRJ indefinitely.
Submission Process
The whole publication process from submitting a manuscript by an author to publishing and issuing certificates of publication take around 7-10 working days
Submit
The Manuscripts are to be submitted through the form given here, after which an acknowledgement mail is sent to the author.
Review Process
After submission, the manuscripts go through a review process (Read more about our review process here).
Confirmation
If, the manuscript is selected the author/s is/are notified through a confirmation mail regarding the selection of their manuscripts
No Publication Charges
Assa'ada International Research Journal does not charge authors any submission or publication fee.
Publishing
Once accepted, the research paper/manuscript is uploaded to the current issue of the journal.
Certificate
The authors are given a soft copy of the publication certificate via mail.
